This program is for the paddler who is looking for a fast progression and ready to learn, it is taught by our own School Director Peter Casson and a fellow Brit Ben Lawry between them they have 60 years of white water boating and 40 years of coaching there students.
It is based out of New Hampshire where they will use a number of venues including the Pemigewasset and the Winnipesaukee. We will locate ourselves at the Davidson Family Campground in Bristol, NH.
Coaches and Participants agree on working on skills they choose based on below concepts:
We start at the base of the skill
We build the skill for the long term development of the paddler.
We give direct feedback about the specific skills practiced.
We learn the skill for the shake of the skill and promotion of personal skill development.
We recognize and work with the parts of the skill working towards unconscious competence.
We practice as efficiently as possible in developing our progress.
To have as much FUN as possible doing the above!
